Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation: If you need to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible. We'll try our best to help you. But once we start making your poster, it might be hard to cancel.

Customized Orders: If you ordered something customized, you can cancel within 3 hours of ordering. After that, we might have already started making it, so canceling could be tricky. Tell us right away if you want to cancel a customized order.

Non-Customized Orders: If your order isn't customized, you can cancel before we ship it out. Once it's shipped, our return policy kicks in.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Locations: We ship all over India and can also arrange shipping to other countries. Keep in mind that shipping costs and delivery times might change based on where you are. You might have to pay extra customs duties, taxes, or fees.

Order Processing Time: After you order and pay, it usually takes us 2 business days to get your poster ready to ship. Sometimes it might take longer if the design is complicated or we're really busy.

Shipping Methods: We work with trusted shipping companies to make sure your poster gets to you safely and on time. You can pick your shipping option during checkout.

Shipping Time: How long shipping takes depends on where you are and which shipping method you choose. Usually, it's about 8 to 10 business days in India and longer for international orders. But remember, these are just estimates and things like customs or postal delays can affect delivery times.

Order Tracking: Once we ship your order, we'll send you an email with a tracking number. You can use that to keep an eye on your package.

Shipping Delays: Sometimes things happen that we can't control, like bad weather or postal issues, which might delay your delivery. If that happens, get in touch with us and we'll help sort it out.

Incomplete or Incorrect Shipping Address: Make sure to give us the right address when you order. We're not responsible for delays or lost packages if the address is wrong or incomplete.

Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package goes missing or arrives damaged, tell us right away. We'll work with the shipping company to fix the problem.
